Just the photo, uploaded as you order. A sharp, well-lit picture straight from your phone works well — the larger the original, the better it prints, especially on bigger pieces like canvases and jigsaws.

Gifts sent straight to the recipient always arrive well-presented — exactly how depends on the gift. A hamper typically arrives in its own gift box, while other items are usually wrapped in tissue with a gift bag and ribbon, though presentation varies by item. How far ahead should I order?
