Before you ask us
How long does a branded order take?
Everything is built, personalised and shipped in-house from our Dublin base, which is what keeps lead-times short — and everything in our online store is in stock in our own warehouse, so a large order is not waiting on a supplier. Allow extra days for logo and card printing on larger runs. November and December are our peak season, so Christmas hampers are best ordered in advance — October or November — and stock is subject to availability. You can request a particular delivery day and we will try our very best, though we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, and there are no deliveries at weekends or on bank holidays. Tell us your delivery window in the form and we will confirm what is achievable before you commit.
Where do you deliver?
Ireland, the UK and the EU. Every gift ships tracked and insured, and you can download proof of delivery for each one.
Can you split one order across many addresses?
Yes, within Ireland. Add the gifts to your cart, then load your recipients into your Address Book — a long list can be bulk-imported from our Excel template. At checkout choose "ship to multiple recipients" and assign each gift, with its own message, to a recipient. Recipients outside Ireland are placed as separate orders; we set that up with you.
What does delivery cost for bulk orders?
Delivery is €6.95 including VAT per delivery address, anywhere in Ireland. Every gift ships tracked and insured, and proof of delivery is available for each one.
Will recipients see what we paid?
No. Every gift goes out with a packing slip and a card carrying your message, and neither lists the value of what you bought. The receipt is emailed to whoever placed the order instead.
How much can we gift an employee tax-free (Benefit-In-Kind)?
Under the Small Benefit Exemption an employer can give an employee up to five tax-free non-cash benefits in a year with a combined value of up to €1,500. Only the first five benefits in a year can qualify, and if a single benefit is worth more than €1,500 the full value of that benefit is taxable. These limits apply from 1 January 2025.

Is there a minimum order?
No. There's no minimum — from a single gift to hundreds, the quote process is the same. Tell us what you need and we will price it.
Can we pay by invoice or bank transfer?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted by default. Bank transfer can be arranged: create an account, then email [email protected] and we will enable it. Goods are despatched once payment has been received and cleared in full.
What about packaging and recycling?
We are a member of Repak and comply with Irish and EU Packaging Regulations, which cover reducing and recycling packaging waste.
