Lir was founded over 30 years ago by two gifted friends who devoted themselves to the magic and craft of creating hand-decorated chocolates using the finest ingredients. The name was inspired by Irish folklore and the legend of The Children of Lir, who were magically turned into swans. Their father, Lir, driven by love and devotion spent every day at the lakeshore by the swan's sides. It is a tale of mystery, love, passion, and beauty just like Lir Chocolates.
