Order Status Details
To ensure you are kept fully updated, orders are set to various statuses from the time your order is placed until your gifts have been dispatched. A confirmation email is sent to you when your order status changes. Below is an explanation of each status.
Standard Order Status Details
PAYMENT PROCESSED, AWAITING PICKING
Your order has been recently placed and your credit card is being processed. Orders are processed from 8:00am to 5:30pm GMT Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
ORDER BEING PROCESSED
Your order has been passed to our gift & hamper production warehouse (where the Elves live!) and is currently being picked and packed. Once ready, your order will be dispatched and you will receive a confirmation of this via email.
Your order has been DISPATCHED via the chosen delivery service. Tracking information will be provided in an email.
Your order is now confirmed delivered. Please note, we only confirm delivery when using our Same Day Dublin shipping options and not with our standard courier service.
Other Order Statuses
PAYMENT PROCESSED, AWAITING REQUESTED DISPATCH DATE
Your order and payment details (credit card, etc.) have been successfully processed. Your order will be dispatched as requested for estimated delivery on the specified date. You will receive a confirmation email when the gift(s) is dispatched.
READY FOR COLLECTION
Your order is READY FOR COLLECTION. You can pick-up the gift(s) at the below address from 9:00am to 5:00pm GMT Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays):
gifts.ie, Unit 1 Robinhood Business Park, Ballymount, Dublin 22, Ireland.
Your order has been placed ON HOLD and the reason explained by a Customer Service Representative . This is often due to incorrect credit card information or missing address fields.
Your order has been cancelled and your credit card has not been charged. This will occur if you have requested the order to be cancelled or for an alternative reason which will be explained by a Customer Service Representative.
Your credit card has been refunded and a reason provided from a Customer Service Representative.
