Christmas Corporate Orders, Your Top Questions Answered...
- Do you volume discount your hampers?
Yes - Discounts rates can apply and depend on the order value. Bands begin at orders greater than €500 ex-VAT. For more information, please contact us.
- Can I add in my own corporate literature such as Compliments Slips?
Yes - We are often requested to add in compliment slips, letters, promotional literature or signed greeting cards. When placing your order simply let us know and we shall include these with your gifts. You can post this literature to: gifts.ie, Unit 1 Robinhood Business Park, Ballymount, Dublin 22. Please ensure to reference your order number within the pack. Alternatively, we can add your greeting onto a generic gift card and send with your gifts at no additional charge.
- How can I pay?
We accept payment via the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Laser Cards, Bank Transfer, Cheque and Banker’s Draft (made payable to ‘gifts.ie’). Goods will be despatched once payment has been received in full.
- When should I order for Christmas?
Please remember to order early for Christmas to avoid disappointment. Stock is subject to availability and November and December is our peak season. Orders can be placed in advance (e.g. October, November) for arrival closer to Christmas.
- I have a large list of recipients, can I just send gifts.ie a spreadsheet of all the details?
Yes, if ordering items going to more than 5 recipients at separate addresses, use our Bulk Order Booking Form below, it will save you alot of time rather than ordering online. Complete the form and email to "info AT gifts.ie" referencing your quotation/order number if applicable. We import these details into our ordering system which automatically generates the neccessary packing slips and greeting card labels.
- How do I know all recipients receive their gifts?
All gifts are dispatched with unique tracking numbers and are insured during transit. If you place your order online, you will automatically receive a tracking number for each order which allows you to download a POD (proof of delivery) signature after arrival. Alternatively, simply contact us and we can assist in providing this information.
- I have a large volume of gifts going to one location. How much will shipping cost?
Shipping costs only €6.95 incl. VAT per shipping address - anywhere within Ireland!
- How much can I spend on an Employee before Benefit-In-Kind tax applies?
The Benefit-In-Kind exemption threshold is €250. This allows companies to give individual employees a benefit of up to €250 in gifts without being subject to PAYE or PRSI.
- How do I order?
- ONLINE - Our website is integrated with our stock control, fulfillment and courier tracking systems. The simpliest way to order is online and automated notification emails ensure you are aware of your order's progess from placement to dispatch. An individual order must be placed for each delivery address and payment must be via VISA, MasterCard, American Express or LaserCard.
- FAX - Should you prefer to place your order offline or wish to pay via an alternative method other than credit card, you can fax or email in your order.
