Delivery Tips

To ensure your gift arrives as quickly as possible, below are a few tips we have complied from past experience. We deliver to both residential and business addresses excluding PO Boxes.

Residential Addresses - Our 3rd party couriers operate during business hours (9am-5pm Mon-Fri). If there is nobody at home to accept the item(s) and the courier can locate the address, a calling card will be left and alternative delivery arrangements made with the recipient. Please ensure however a daytime contact number is always provided, a mobile phone number is recommended if available. This may be used if the courier cannot locate the building or there is nobody at home.
Business Addresses - If you know the gift recipient's work address, this may perhaps be more suitable because: 1) most of our deliveries are done during business hours, 2) there will always be someone available to sign for the gift and 3) the courier will more than likely already know the business's location. Please also provide a daytime contact number for the recipient, just in case.
Delivery to Hospitals - For deliveries to patients in hospital, please ensure you include the ward name and bed number (if applicable) along with the patient's or a relative's Irish mobile phone number. cannot be held responsible should the patient have already been discharged.
We check each and every order to make sure that all necessary address details are recorded prior to dispatch. Our aim is to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition and on time.
